International Shipping

I am currently only shipping to the USA, Canada, and Australia. All items are posted via Royal Mail. There are currently 2 options:

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any import duties, VAT, or processing costs that may incur. 

Returns

I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund. 

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If you ordered a bespoke or customised product, you may not be able to return it unless it is faulty, but get in touch and I’ll see what I can do. 

RETURN PROCESS
Please contact us at chelsey@cottoncandycaboodle.co.uk to arrange a refund.  

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with the order number displayed somewhere on the package, and mail your return to the provided address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
