Products

What materials do you use?

I use epoxy resin, UV resin, faux leather, heat-transfer vinyl, and 100% cotton or acrylic yarn, so all materials are vegan-friendly. 

What types of metals do you use?

By default, my earring hooks are surgical steel, while stud posts are stainless steel. Surgical and stainless steels are durable, rust-free, and hypoallergenic. According to Mayo Clinic, "surgical-grade stainless steel may contain some nickel, but it's generally considered hypoallergenic for most people."

 

Necklaces are silver-plated so are not suitable for nickel allergies.

Can I customise or request an item?

Of course! I love making bespoke items. Fill out the form on the Custom Orders page and I'll see what I can do. 

As standard, for non-bespoke items, all colours are customisable for free – just leave your desired colour in the order notes. 

Can I buy one earring rather than a set?

Of course! Just get in touch before you place your order 🙂 

Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?

Possibly. I open for wholesale during slower periods of the year but during busy periods I just can't handle it all! Get in touch if you're interested and I'll let you know. 

Do you do clip-ons?

Yep! All earrings can be made into clip-ons, including studs. Just choose the option on the product page. 

Are your products aimed at kids?

My products are for people of all ages. They're not necessarily made for kids but I'm always happy to adjust them for kids as needed! 

Payment

What payment methods can I use?

Credit and debit card payments: Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal

 

Payment plans: Klarna, Afterpay

 

Other: Cash or bank transfer on delivery is available for local sales. Please only choose this option if you have arranged to meet ahead of time. A day and time can be agreed upon via email before submitting your order. 

What currency do you accept?

All prices on my website are in Pounds Sterling. When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency.

Can I buy on Etsy instead?

Yes, I now have a limited selection on Etsy.

Shipping & Returns

When will my item be dispatched?

Many items are made to order, and will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. If there is a delay due to extenuating circumstances, I will keep you updated.

 

Please keep in mind this is only the production, processing, and packing time, and does not include the number of days it will take to be delivered. 

What type of shipping do you offer?

For UK orders:

All items are posted via Royal Mail. There are currently 4 options:

  1. Royal Mail 1st Class, 1-2 business days
  2. Royal Mail 2nd Class, 2-3 business days
  3. Royal Mail Tracked 24, next day
  4. Local pickup, Brighton only; time will be negotiated via email based on availability of both parties

For international orders:

All items are posted via Royal Mail International Standard, which can take 6-7 business days.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Other than the UK, I can currently ship to USA, Canada, and Australia.

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any import duties, VAT, or processing costs that may incur. 

When will I receive my order?

Add up my lead time for dispatch + the shipping method you chose for a good estimate. For example, if you purchase something with 2nd class shipping, it may take up to 8 business days to receive your order, with 5 days for dispatch and 3 days for shipping. 

 

Once the parcel has been dropped off with Royal Mail, it is out of my control and at the mercy of their employees, so please keep that in mind as well 🙂

 

If you need something urgently, you may want to opt for Tracked 24 or you can enquire about picking up locally. 

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes! I only use recyclable or recycled postal boxes with paper tape and bags.

If a plastic bag is necessary for rain protection, I use compostable bags made from plant fibers. 

 

Will the shipping box give away what's inside if it's a gift for someone?

No, but it will be colourful and may have my business name on it. If you want it to be more basic in order to not give anything away, just let me know in the order notes. 

Can you send my order as a gift to someone?

Of course! I can also pack it in a little gift box and hand write a note from you. Just leave it in the order notes 🙂 

My item broke, now what?

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Please get in touch and I'll fix it right away. 

Can I get a refund?

If it has been within 14 days of purchase and still in its original condition, I’m more than happy to issue a refund upon safe return of the item. 

 

If it was a bespoke item, I may not be able to provide a refund but will work with you to figure something out!
